Oro är missbrukad fantasi ENG

Sure,  occasionally it can be a good idea to think about what might happen and I might then take actions so that what I worry about do not happen. The problem is if I get stuck in worry: I do not sleep because I’m worried, and / or it takes my focus and my energy. It may even be that I can not do anything about it even if it would happen. Sometimes worries going around like a dryer, I can not turn off. In these case, there is no value in me to worry. Or as they say “Worry is the gap between the present and the future.”

Then I ask myself: “Is there any value in worrying about it and what can I do about it? Otherwise it is just to let go (sometimes I can write it down on a note and say to myself that I’ll deal with it later).

“Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s troubles – it takes away todays peace”
