This is a program to educate leaders and managers in salary negotiations and in performance reviews. We have completed many appreciated coachings where the leaders, during one day, get tools, insights and training in how to lead salary negotiations. We know that many leaders dread these kinds of meetings and we also know that with the right kind of education, these encounters become much more successful and creates a better dialogue. A survey shows that if an employee was unhappy after a salary negotiation, it was more often because the meeting had gone poorly rather than that the salary hadn’t been raised. We also provide shorter coachings for employees, 1,5 hours that provide an understanding and knowledge to improve salary negotiations and performance reviews.
